From 1 January 2008 certain previously exempt vehicles will now fall into scope to have a tachograph fitted and record keeping requirements have changed.

Tachographs   Please click here  ( Does my vehicle need a tachograph? )   to see if your vehicle requires a tachograph or not. If you are in any doubt as to whether you need a tachograph or not please contact your local VOSA testing centre.

Records   Drivers must be able to produce records for the current day and the previous 28 days
